City Church Event Truck Request 2026

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE FORM, INCLUDING SUBHEADING, in order for us to best serve you.

Thanks so much for allowing us to partner with you. We do ask that you submit your request two weeks in advance of the date of your event so that we can make sure the truck is stocked and volunteers are available. We will not be able to accommodate requests made less than two weeks in advance. Please fill out the form below; we will respond via email with a confirmation (please check your junk mail). You will get one automatic email confirming you registered and one later from icecream@citychurchgriffin.org confirming if the time is available.

The Ice Cream Truck will be unavailable on Sundays and Mondays.

In order to serve our community well, please limit your request to 2 events per season. This is from March-October.

Please note that if we show up with the truck we will give out free ice cream to anyone that comes to the window. The truck is not for business or organizational incentives. This does not apply to PBIS for schools.
